What counts as a reply?

A reply is any time you send a message to a Customer.

If a Customer messages you, this won’t count towards your plan.

What if I have multiple stores?


If you run (or plan to run) multiple stores, you can easily switch between each store's helpdesk within zenshop.

What integrations do you currently support?

We support integrations with Shopify order system and sending/receiving email.

We plan to add Instagram, Facebook Messenger and a Live Chat later this year.

What if I go over my plan?

You can upgrade to the Pro or Max plans at any time.

If you need more than the Max plan provides, contact support and we'll work something out.

Downgrades will come into effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I use zenshop for marketing email?

If you have consent to send marketing messages to the recipients, yes.
